The LoCo poly motor mount inserts are made of a stiff, 90a shore polyurethane. They are made to press directly into the OEM mount housings after removing the original inserts, deburing any sharp edges and lightly greasing the leading edge of the insert. 

 

The crossmember inserts fit rear location on P10 and both front and rear location on P11, as well as the same on automatic equipped cars.

 

Using the crossmember inserts alone tightens up the drivetrain, increasing shift response and precision, felt throttle response, and adds a nice, controlled feeling to the car.

 

Adding the drivers side(trans) insert increases that controlled feeling some, at the expense of adding some felt vibration, and possibly some noises.

 

Adding the passenger side(front of engine) insert brings it to another level. This is for the enthusiast with the most serious performance in mind. Significant vibrations and rattles will show themselves, not for your Grandma's G20.
